Ustadah Wafaa Al Badri is a distinguished Qur’an scholar and educator with extensive expertise in Qur’anic sciences, Tajweed, and Qirā’āt. As the Founder of Rawaq Al-Khair, she has dedicated her career to advancing Qur’anic education through structured programs, certified Ijāzah transmission, and the professional training of teachers.
With multiple authenticated Sanad in various recitations, including ʿĀṣim (Ḥafṣ and Shuʿbah), Warsh through al-Azraq, Qālūn, Abū Jaʿfar, and the Ten Qirā’āt, she combines classical scholarship with modern pedagogical methods. She has served on examination committees at Al-Masjid An-Nabawi and trained countless students and instructors worldwide.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to preserving the authentic transmission of the Qur’an while empowering a new generation of qualified teachers and reciters.
